Something's Fishy? Chesapeake Sells Out Then Gets Permit to do OFF SHORE DRILLING ON GREER'S FERRY LAKE?

Wait a minute.  Chesapeake selling all its interests in the Fayetteville Shale to an international Australian company is the big front page news story yesterday.  Then the next day we find out they got a deal without public hearings to drill ON GREER'S FERRY LAKE.  This is a water source for thousands of people.  We are currently experiencing earthquakes in the Fayetteville Shale.  Do we want to risk a dam failure on top of all the other abuses?  These companies are blinded with greed and our government has sold us down the river.  .
